Instructions for Valet Trash Service

We strive to make your living experience an excellent one. To help simplify your life and improve your doorstep trash collection service, we’re adding Valet Living Doorstep as our service provider. Valet Living will pick up your trash FIVE nights a week. (Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs)
How it works:

• Place your tied trash bag into the provided container outside by the stairs.
  
• BREAK DOWN CARDBOARD BOXES.
  
• The trash will then be picked up from these containers after 7:00 PM.
  
• Trash will be picked up Sunday – Thursday night only.
  
• No loose trash or bulk items will be collected. There is a 25lb. weight limit on all trash bags.
  
• There will be no trash pickup on major holidays including Friday and Saturday nights.

• Bags must be TIED and inside the container outside by the stairs.
  
• Only items inside the tied bags will be picked up.
  
• Oversized items are your responsibility to properly dispose of.
  o You can call the office to arrange for disposal of oversized items. Oversized items can be scheduled for removal.
  o NOTICE: There will be a charge to all building units for any oversized items left by the trash cans of the building that do not fit in the cans and are oversized and were not scheduled for pickup.
  o No garbage is to be around the trash dumpsters.
