If you are leaving for the summer please take care of your storm prep prior to departure.

Remove items from balcony. Remove any items you have on the catwalks, including floor mats. Turn off water if evacuating.
Clean out your refrigerator if evacuating.
If you are NOT evacuating let Management know.
Condo caretakers are recommended for non-resident owners.

Please be advised, Sunday July 04, 2021 Valet Living will not be providing our usual trash pick-up services. It is crucial that we advise whomever is occupying units in Golf Villas II this weekend, that they limit the amount of trash being placed in the bins as Valet Living will resume
service on the evening of Monday July 05, 2021. If you notice the trash has been filled, keep the remainder of your garbage in your unit until pick up on Tuesday. Please do your part in helping us keep our community clean and wonderful for ALL that spend their time here, whether it be short or long term. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. Thank you in advanced.

We the Board of Directors have seen your e-mails and are doing everything we can to make situations right and be fair to all full time, on site residents and those who choose to rent or otherwise. We are in discussions about many items for current issues and future plans and budgets. We are looking for any volunteers to serve on the board to help make good decisions now and for future.

Good morning to all residents, tenants and guest,
Here is the update from Bartlett Brothers, Pool Fob system provider.
The main controller which is hooked up to the gate closest to the club house keeps crashing. It has to be replaced under warranty. The other gate which is on a separate controller won’t work properly if the main controller doesn’t work. They have to replace the main controller under warranty so they are not sure if it will get delivered tomorrow or the next day.

Dear Unit Owners,
The moment we have all been waiting for has come! I am happy to Announce, that our new Pool Fobs will be activated and ready to use beginning Wednesday May 12, 2021. Please be sure to purchase pool fobs prior to May 11, 2021 in order to avoid any issues with accessing the pool.
Procedure for Purchase:
· Unit Owner must send their written request through e-mail.
· Request should include Name of the Unit Owner, Unit number, amount of fobs requesting, and the name of the person picking up on their behalf.
· Once request has been received, our Golf Villas II office will reach out to schedule for pick up appointment.
· Payments will be collect at the time of pick up. ($25 per fob) By check or money order. NO CASH will be accepted.
Things to keep in mind:
· These fobs can and will be deactivated if lost or stolen. (Must be reported in order to obtain new one at the charge of $40 replacement fee, as the old one would need to be deactivated)
· Allowing anyone without a fob access to pool, will result in deactivation of your fob. (This is in place for security purposes and is a violation of Association rules. A compliance committee meeting will be required to re-activate your pool fob.)
· Maximum capacity will remain at 15 persons at a time, so please be courteous to others by limiting the number of guests in your group.
